Both Kalkan and Kalamar Beach Club are a ten minute stroll away. The Villa will sleep 8 people or can be rented as a 3-bedroom villa and 1-bedroom apartment. Prices from ‚£500 - ‚£1000 per week for the complete 4 bedroom Villa.
The villa is situated on the Kalamar Road and has recently been refurbished. It is a home of excellent quality with marble terraces, private pool, contemporary furnishings and quality appliances. There is plenty of furniture for al fresco dining and plenty of sun loungers, large umbrellas and a built in barbeque. Air conditioning throughout can be used as heating in the cooler months.
SECOND FLOOR
Large lounge area with Turkish style seating, TV DVD and CD player, overlooks the pool and leads onto the main terrace with seating for al-fresco dining and BBQ. Separate WC and Basin. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Marble worktops, oven hob and extractor fan. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
THIRD FLOOR
Bedroom 2 with King Size Bed, Wardrobe, Dressing Table and en suite. Terraced area pool with seating overlooking the pool. Hairdryer in room.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, Wardrobe, Dressing Table and en suite. Hairdryer in room. This Bedroom overlooks the Olive Grove to the rear of the property.
FOURTH FLOOR
Bedroom 4 with King Size bed, Wardrobe, Dressing Table and en suite. Roof Terrace with seating overlooking the pool. Hairdryer in bedroom.
Outside:
The garden areas are filled with fruit trees and plants. The pool terrace has sun-loungers, a shaded seating area, parasols and tables. The two dining terraces are complete with tables and chairs, the BBQ terrace has Turkish style day beds and the roof terrace has Turkish style seating where you can unwind and relax as you watch the sunset.
Distances:
The sea and the Kalamar Beach Club, which has watersports and a diving centre is a 10 min walk from the villa. The beautiful old town of Kalkan with its many shops and restaurants is a 15 min walk or 3 min drive by car. The 18km Patara Beach (voted best beach in the world by The Sunday Times) is a 20 min drive away and Kaputas Beach is a 10 min drive.
This villa is just a slight different where it offers you a 3 bedroom villa with an anex apt downstairs with 1 bedroom, or two seperate properties one being 1 apt and one being a Villa, up to you how you rent it and of course the price varies.
