Overlooking Kalamar Bay, the views from The Villa are spectacular. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 lounges and 3 dining terraces. The villa is of exceptional quality with travertine marble terraces, private pool with large sunbathing area, contemporary furnishings and high quality appliances.
The views are stunning from every floor, window and balcony of the villa and with less than a 5 min walk from the front door to the sea, you will struggle to decide whether to dive in, or hop on a jet ski. If you are keen on nature and fancy rambling, the villa is literally on the Lycian Way, which provides miles of picturesque walking trails, where you can take in the ancient sites and flora and fauna of the region. Our villa is looked after by an English/Turkish company, who not only keep our home in tip top condition, but are on hand to help you with anything you need for your holiday e.g. car hire, advice and booking of trips, restaurant reservations, medical contacts etc.
The villa has two double bedrooms with kingsize beds and two twin bedded rooms. It also has a full double bed size sofa bed in the second lounge. Additionally there are 3 bathrooms to choose from. All bedrooms have a balcony or terrace with sea views - even at pool level - yes that's how close we are to the sea! The villa has two lounges.
The pool level lounge - with double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, CD & table football. This also has direct access to the pool.
The first floor lounge has two large comfy sofas, speakers for use with MP3, books, backgammon and a small telescope to look at the stunning views out to sea from the balcony. Each lounge will seat 6 people comfortably. There are 3 outside dining areas for guests to choose from. One area by the pool, a bougainvillea shaded area off the kitchen, and a third next to the BBQ. This gives guests the opportunity to select the best option for their group. With so many different areas outside at the Villa everyone has a space to call their own.
The terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants and bougainvillea. The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols, 4 large outdoor bean bags and side tables for your G&T. It also has a Turkish seating area in the shade. The three dining terraces are complete with tables and chairs. The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ has a low Turkish style seating area. The roof terrace also has low Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset. If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.
