It has full air conditioning throughout with a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite, a full shower room downstairs and a full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms on the second floor. All the bedrooms share the same stunning views of Kalkan bay. It has its own private pool with large patio/sun terrace area and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees and 2 hammocks for gently snoozes in the sunshine. Newly finished in 2009 is a shaded Ottoman seating area on the very top terrace with 4 comfy lounging sofas where you can enjoy a peaceful drink and take in the stunning views of the town and bay. There is also a built in barbeque for you to cook your meal whilst soaking up the atmosphere - you can cook your freshly bought fish whilst sipping a cool beer and enjoying the sun setting over Kalkan bay. The fully fitted kitchen comes with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
