How to Book

You will first need to search the prop­er­ties and choose the one you like.

Then send us the enquiry form or call us with ques­tions regard­ing the prop­erty, and we will reply to any queries and dou­ble check avail­abil­ity for your dates.

We will then take your details and reserve the prop­erty for you until receipt of your Booking Form which you will find as a link on the bot­tom of each prop­erty and on the main menu.

By send­ing back the com­pleted book­ing form you accept the prop­er­ties and our terms and con­di­tions of booking.

Together with the book­ing form you will need to make a pay­ment of 30% deposit by bank trans­fer to secure the booking, and the fur­ther 70% pay­ment will be made 8 weeks prior to depar­ture date by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

Some own­ers will request a break­age deposit (please read extra notes at the bot­tom of the prop­erty descrip­tion) which you will need to send to us and we will keep until your hol­i­day is over and the prop­erty has been checked and found in work­ing order as it was prior to your arrival.
