Accommodation is arranged over three floors, with a vast roof terrace on the second floor and a spacious terrace surrounding the swimming pool.

Ground Floor:
The open plan living area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen and island unit together with granite work surfaces and quality integrated appliances including; stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.

There is a spacious dining area which seats 8 and a comfortable lounge area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and sound system. The living area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open out onto the poolside terrace, extending the living space and allowing for wonderful views from inside the property.
The ground floor also has a separate W/C, a desk is situated beneath the staircase, a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and guests will also find the first of the villas five bedrooms on this floor.

Outside areas:
A spacious pool terrace with table tennis and a large inviting infinity pool (with Jacuzzi section) provides for a spacious outside area, so important in the Kalkan climate, to enjoy. There are ample sunloungers and parasols provided and a decked area with double-lounger, a comfortable cushioned rattan seating area, a further ottoman style seating area and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower are also provided. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the terrace.

The centre of Kalkan is approximately a 15-20 minute walk away – the ‘Kalamar Road’ is approximately a 10 minute walk away where you will find a selection of cafes and restaurants plus a couple of mini-markets to supply your essentials.
