This Villa, located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, is within walking distance to the center of Kalkan. Villa has been designed with a new architectural approach for you to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends. Thanks to its central location, it provides easy access to the beach, market and city center. In addition to a private pool, Villa promises you a unique villa holiday experience by offering facilities such as Turkish bath, sauna, billiards and table tennis.
Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views. This kitchen includes a range of appliances and utensils. These include an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and a 4-burner stove. There are also pots and pans, dinnerware for 8 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses, which can be used for guests to cook or store food in the kitchen.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.
3. Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.
4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is located in the attic, and the large terrace and bar are also located on this floor.Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and living room.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 8.5 m x 4 m and a depth of 1.45 m in the garden.
Garden: There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, chairs and barbecue in the large garden of the villa.
Pool Dimensions:It is 8 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.
Note: For stays of 5 nights or less, an extra 5.000 TL short stay fee is required.
Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.
Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.

Notes:
▪ A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ Our preferred start day is Monday or Saturday (particularly in peak season) but we can be flexible.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Check-in time is from 4pm Checkout time 10am.

▪ Prices do not include flights and transfers/car hire or insurance. Unless otherwise noted, prices reflect only the cost of a one-week property rental.
