Description
Villa is a 5 bedroom detached villa of an exceptionally high standard both inside and out and is an approximate 10-15 minutes’walk to the centre of the town.
The views are some of the best in Kalkan which the developer has made the most of by adding a large infinity pool, spacious sunbathing terraces, and large windows to capture the panoramic views.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has been tastefully furnished with a modern theme throughout. The bedroom balconies large enough for breakfast or a nightcap whichever you prefer.
Around the infinity pool are terraces large enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably, combining al-fresco dining under the shaded pergola with sunbeds and outdoor Jacuzzi.
For the more active among you, the villa also has a small gym / games room, which is equipped with a running machine.

The villa has a safe for guests’ useA welcome pack is provided on arrivalIf staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and towel change is provided. If staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean with linen and towel change is provided.
A clean and towel change is also provided in the middle of the first week and in the middle of the second week.

Notes:
▪ A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required on booking. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ Our preferred start day is Monday or Saturday (particularly in peak season) but we can be flexible.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Prices do not include flights and transfers/car hire or insurance. Check-in time is from 4pm Checkout time 10am.
