Villa is a modern, four bedroom villa located in Kisla, a popular and peaceful area of Kalkan.The villa is in a fantastic location, just metres from the sea and close to beach clubs.The property is set within a very generous plot. The villa also has amazing views across the bay towards Kalkan town. The well-presented accommodation is arranged over four floors including a games room on the lower ground floor and the villa also features a roof terrace with far-reaching views.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Lower ground floor:
There are two bedrooms on this floor; two double, each with en-suite shower room and access to the living room with TV and table football.
Ground floor:
Open plan living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Open plan kitchen with island unit/breakfast bar and a range of built-in appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.
First floor:
The villa has one double bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows that provide spectacular views across the bay.
Second floor:
There is a single bedroom on the top floor of the villa, which opens onto a large terrace with a breathtaking view of Kalkan Bay.
Outside the villa:
The outside area is furnished to a high standard with seven sunbeds, parasol, a sofa and a coffee table.
For outside dining there is a dining table with a central parasol.
The substantial pool terrace offers sun and shade at different times of the day. And finally, there is a BBQ for cooking up evening treats.
The villa’s pool is approximately 10 metres x 3 metres and 1.5 metres deep.

Cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly – therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Notes:
▪ A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Flights and Airport transfers are not included in the price of the villa. Check-in time is from 4pm Checkout time 10am.
